All orders are processed with magical speed! We typically process orders within 1-2 business days before they begin their journey to you.

Please Note: We ship worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak holiday seasons, but we’ll always do our best to get your magical transformation to you on time!
Returns & Exchanges
We want every customer – from 1920s flapper enthusiasts to themed party planners and families creating coordinated looks – to be completely thrilled with their Halloween Shop experience. If your costume doesn’t create the magical moment you envisioned, we’re here to help!
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. This gives you plenty of time to try on your costume and ensure it creates the perfect magical transformation.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original packaging must be included
- All accessories that came with the costume must be returned
Important Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Makeup accessories
- Intimate apparel items (such as costume undergarments)
Exception: We will accept returns if these items are defective or damaged upon arrival.
The Return & Exchange Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions.
Place the items in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and seal securely.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt):
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Timeline: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If exchanging for a different size or style:
- We’ll ship your exchange item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for the additional payment
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item (which is rare, as we quality-check every costume!), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
